2011 Internships

We are seeking interns for the 2011 season. This internship focuses on learning small-scale organic gardening techniques (~2 acres), but will also involve working on our organic 'truck farm' (~8 acres), washing and packing produce for our CSA and farmer's markets and assisting with food processing and canning.
