A work share is when someone comes out to the farm and works in exchange for an equivalent amount of produce. We generally value a 1/2 day of work as equal to 1 week of the CSA....so a full day = 2 CSA shares.

Workshare folks can come out Monday-Friday. Saturdays we are all gone to markets, and Sundays are our day off. Folks can come for 1/2 the day or the whole day. People can front load their workshare days all at once to get it done, or space it out over the course of the summer.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we have a big group lunch. Those are great days to come to the farm, work, and enjoy good food and conversation mid-day.
